Farr the Warrior is the middle son of Pagg the Father and Amma the Mother, and general of the gods. He is the consort of Harla the Bloody One, but he is a lover of men and often takes other men (particularly human men) as lovers. He pursued his brother Eddin, but Eddin tricked him and turned into a woman at the last minute. In his anger Farr raped Eddin anyway, and they now have a daughter Dawn. He has bedded a mortal woman at least once, who become pregnant with Farr's favorite son, the demigod Temmarkur.

Farr's portfolio includes war, protection, drinking, and gay men. Services at the Warrior's Temple are on Farrday, our Tuesday. His holy book is called the Warrior's Testament and his holiday is Fall's Beginning, our Autumn Equinox. Farr's Day is celebrated with great tourneys and displays of strength and cunning. Weapon makers display their finest work. The paint on shields is traditionally restored, and war banners fly from every home. Most soldiers declare for Farr. An Adam's apple is known as a Farr's Knot, and children born of rape, particularly by enemy soldiers, are known as "children of Farr."

Standfast Jenks is a devotee of Farr. Crown Prince Temmin had planned to declare for Farr, but decided upon meeting Allis Obby to become a Supplicant at the Lovers' Temple instead.

Symbolism

Farr's colors are red and silver. His animals are the horse and the hawk. His symbols are the shield and knife; those symbols are given to royal infants at their presentation.

Farr is based on Thor, Tiw, and the Shaolin monks. His sun god aspect is drawn from Apollo
