Ilhovin II is a character in An Intimate History of the Greater Kingdom, mainly appearing in book two, The Queen Who Ruled by Herself

He was born in 607 KY and is the son and only heir of Gethin IV. He is commonly known as Ilhovin the Peacemaker. His marriage to Princess Macca of Sairland cemented the Treaty of Ilhovin between Tremont and Sairland, leading to a long-lasting peace between the two kingdoms.

Ilhovin is described as being wiry and of middling height, with a prominent and hawklike nose, thick brows, a wide, thin-lipped mouth, and amber eyes lit with a fierce, intelligent humor. He had short, honey-colored hair and a short, silky full beard.

Ilhovin was killed on Agrin Fields in early 632 KY when his former best friend Henrik, leader of the rebellion against Ilhovin and Macca, shot him with an enchanted arrow, the last one remaining from a batch created by the Teacher and the Traveler Queen in the times of Gethin III.
