Jedediah Bonham

Jedediah Bonham is a character in the serial Scryer's Gulch. He is married to Charity. He has four children with his late first wife Lillian, Nathan being the oldest and Lily being the youngest, as well as his only daughter. He doesn't get along well with his middle son, Anthony. His youngest son, called Junior by everyone, is in boarding school.

Jed is the owner of the Big Blavatsky Mine, Mamzelle’s Palace, Mamzelle, and the Independent Mountaineer newspaper, as well as the charcoal kilns about four miles out of town. He is easily the richest man in town. He is described as suave, hard-eyed and yet charming.
