Meg

Old Meg is a character in An Intimate History of the Greater Kingdom, appearing in book one, The Tale of Two Kingdoms. She was the nursemaid and surrogate mother for Hildin the Usurper whom she loved unconditionally.

He repaid this love by ordering Gill to kill Meg in order to preserve the secret of Edmerka's prolonged stay at Tremont Keep before Hildin was contacted by Fredrik the Last of Leutefloss to aid in the search for his lost daughter.
