Mistress Maleen Polls is a minor character in An Intimate History of the Greater Kingdom.

She is the madam of a high class brothel in Belleth Town that was opened by her grandmother around 920 KY. Polls is a very respectable-looking middle-aged woman, carefully dressed and arranged, with velvety brown eyes set in a handsome face.

Allis and Issak Obby's mother, Liddy Obby, worked in her brothel. Due to a prolonged illness she accumulated a considerable debt before she died, leaving her young children saddled with that debt. The Obby's were therefore in the hands of Mistress Polls, who illegally whored them out to "discerning clients" since they were still underage. The Teacher bought the remaining debt from her and brought the twins to the Mother's House in Tremont.

As he had promised the twins, Teacher later burned down the brothel, securing Connin's help in making sure that Mrs Polls, her working girls and all the servants survived this time.
